Para las princesas que son ANAS o MIAS deseo compartir un ritual especial para celebrar su cumpleaños:

Párate frente a un espejo y pon tus manos sobre su estómago. Enciende una vela blanca. Recita con fe y sentimiento estas palabras:

Diosa ANA, Diosa MIA
oigan mi pedir,
Háganme el peso al que quiero llegar,
Este peso (dí tu peso) es demasiado para mí,
Este peso (dí el peso que quieras alcanzar) es el que yo quiero tener,
Entonces déjalo ser.
Una vez que termines haz una imagen mental de tu cuerpo cuando alcances tu peso deseado.

(Esto está probado y funciona realmente siempre y cuando lo hagas con fe y verdadera convicción)
